This LibGuide is designed for use by law students in a Race and Racism Seminar course. 

The interconnection of race, racism, and the law is an area of considerable legal and social complexity. This study focuses on equality, civil and legal rights, discrimination, and many other important areas. The complex, interdisciplinary nature provide an environment ripe for successful seminar papers. This guide aims to provide a step-by-step process to enable students to successfully complete a seminar paper focused on a unique facet of race, racism, and the law.
